HERE'S HOW TO ENTER: Beginning at midnight (EST) on 2007/09/16 through 11:59:59 pm(EST) on 2008/07/30 ("Entry Period"), visit www.FUNANDFAMILY.com and
follow the on-screen instructions for a chance to instantly win. A PRIZE WILL BE AWARDED every hour of the day, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. After
clicking on the "Instant Win Game" link you will be directed to a page containing an Official Game Message. If the Official Game Message states:
"Congratulations, you're an Instant Winner!" you are an instant winner of the prize specified, subject to verification. If the Official Game Message states,
"Thank you, but you are not an Instant Winner" or indicates any other non-winning message, or a blank screen appears, or you do not receive a message, you
are not eligible to claim an instant win prize. Potential Instant Winners will be determined through random selection generation methodology. Each Instant
win prize consists of a packet of manufacturers cents off coupon. Each packet contains between $10.00 and $15.00 in cents off coupons redeemable at a
supermarket/and order drugstore. These coupons represent a discount from selling price and require purchase of the product illustrated. The exact dollar
value of the coupons varies due to coupon expiration date and geographical location of winner. Odds of winning an Instant Win Prize are based on the number of Instant Win Game plays per day during the Entry Period divided by the total number of
prizes available and will depend upon the time and date of your play and the number of other players. Potential Instant Prize Winners will be notified by

exceed $2,000.00) or a check for $2,000.00 payable to the winner. Value of grand prize is $2,000.00. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend upon number of
entries from any individual and the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
Sweepstakes under the direction of skyterrain studios, the independent judging organization, whose decisions concerning this Sweepstakes are final and
binding in all respects. Sweepstakes winners by screen name will be posted at our site. One entry per person/e-mail address per day. ALL ENTRANTS MUST BE REGISTERED MEMBERS of FUNANDFAMILY.COM. There is no charge to join

Potential grand prize winners must execute and return to Sponsor, within ten (10) days of being notified that he/she is a potential winner, an affidavit
of eligibility and liability/publicity release, except where prohibited, in order to claim and be awarded his/her prize. If any potential winner selected
fails to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the required time period, cannot be contacted, or does not
respond within 14 days of initial attempted notification, or any prize is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner shall forfeit any and all rights
to a prize and, at Sponsors' sole discretion, an alternate potential winner may be selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries
received. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software,
browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at Sponsors' servers or elsewhere, will be void. Sponsors, in their sole discretion,
reserve the right to disqualify any person suspected of tampering with the entry process, the operation of the website, or otherwise in violation of these
Official Rules. Use of bots or other automated process to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of the Sponsors.
Sponsors are not responsible for errors in the administration or fulfillment of this Sweepstakes, including without limitation mechanical, human, printing,
distribution, or production errors, and may modify or cancel the Sweepstakes based upon such an error at its sole discretion, and without liability. Sponsor
further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify this Sweepstakes if incapable of being completed as planned, including infection by computer
virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or technical failures of any sort. By accepting any prize, winner agrees that Sponsor and
Sponsor Entities are not liable whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from any
winner's participation in, or his/her acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize awarded in connection with this Sweepstakes. In the event of a
dispute, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder"
is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Service Provider, online service provider, or other organization ( e.g.,
business, educational institute) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. This Sweepstakes is open only to residents of the 50 United States and Washington, DC, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of
